Your garment is a custom, handcrafted piece made specifically for you. To maintain its unique look and durability, please follow these professional recommendations:
- The Test Sample: Inside your package, you will find a 100% Vinyl/TPU/PU sample. Always use this piece to test your iron temperature or cleaning products before applying them to the garment.
- Washing Tips: Use only warm water and a soft towel or cloth. Simply wipe down the entire surface to remove dirt or stains. Do not bleach, do not machine wash, and do not tumble dry! For quick daily care, wet wipes are your best friend.
- Safe Ironing: If you need to remove creases, use your iron on the lowest setting (usually one dot). Crucial: Always place a thin cotton cloth between the iron and the garment. Use the test sample first to find the perfect heat level.
- Button Care: Please pay special attention to the snap buttons. When new, they may be tight. Open them carefully for the first few times until they are properly "developed" and smooth.
- Storage: We highly recommend storing your coat on a wide hanger in a dry place to prevent permanent creases and maintain its architectural silhouette.
